Big Baller Blunder

LaVar Ball Is At It Again…

LaVar Ball has pulled his son LiAngelo out of UCLA. He has also sought representation for his two young sons to pursue professional basketball careers in Europe and Asia.

“We are exploring other options with Gelo,” LaVar Ball said. “He’s out of there.”

“I’m going to make him way better for the draft than UCLA ever could have.”

LiAngelo Ball, a freshman, is one of three UCLA basketball players who were indefinitely suspended after a shoplifting incident in China.

Ball, the middle Ball brother, did not play a single game in college after being suspended from the team — along with teammates Cody Riley and Jalen Hill.

The Big Baller Brand Founder and CEO remains confident that his prophecy of his 3 sons all playing for the Los Angeles Lakers will come to fruition. NBA scouts do not share his confidence or enthusiasm.

LiAngelo Ball is regarded as a longshot to be drafted in June, and that was before his arrest in China. One unnamed NBA GM advised that LiAngelo isn’t on any NBA radars as far as the upcoming draft.

Since his descent on to the social media and sports world, LaVar has made some very bold predictions. People thought he was on to something when he predicted and influenced, yes influenced the drafting of his eldest son Lonzo to the hometown Lakers. Since that the Big Baller Brand his faced some major scrutiny for recent moves and decisions.

Let’s start with the overpriced, undersold Big Baller Brand shoe. At a whopping price of $495, the signature shoe is nowhere near the seller that LaVar thought it would be.  It’s safe to say that the Jordan Brand is safe…

Don’t get me started on the ‘reality show’ he’s filming during this series of fiascos.

The most recent setback is LiAngelo’s arrest in China for shoplifting. Now you have LaVar risking the futures of both LiAngelo and LaMelo with a move that can ruin any chance of that dream scenario of all 3 Ball brothers donning the Laker purple and gold.

One thing is certain, moving forward; Either LaVar knows more than the rest of us or he truly has no idea what he’s doing.

My bet is on the latter…
